"HORSEPOWER: FOR SELF-DISCOVERY, SKILLS AND LIFE" PROGRAMME - FUNDED BY THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND AND THE EDUCATION AND SKILLS AGENCY

Over the course of 2022 we ran a programme funded by the European Social Fund and the Education and Skills Funding Agency for people over 18 years of age who are not in employment, education or training (NEET) and who wished to enter or return to any of these.

We worked on building and developing self-awareness, self -confidence, self-regulation and communication skills. Working with the horses individually and in teams to identify what our participants wanted to do and how to get there, whether that was employment, education or training.
